VCLD competitive mini-grants are intended to support innovative, classroom-based programs/interventions designed for students with learning disabilities. The applicant must be a full-time teacher in Virginia schools and a current member of VCLD. One mini-grant of $500 is awarded on a semi-annual basis. Mini-grant recipients are expected to submit a summary report with applicable documentation to VCLD and to disseminate results of the programs/interventions at the VCLD annual symposium (grant winners will be given a reduced rate for VCLD symposium attendance).
